Summer Chamber Camp

Join us for a fun-filled experience at our annual Summer Chamber Music Camp, a lively Summer Program hosted by Paul Cotton Studio!  This program consists of teaching small groups of 2-5 students how to make music with one another. These small groups can consist of variety of instruments like brass, woodwinds, strings, piano, and more. It's a great opportunity where everyone gets to collaborate and share their passion for music with their community. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, this camp is open to all students eager to make music with friends. You'll rehearse 4-5 times throughout the summer, with a flexible schedule that fits everyone's availability, including my own.

The story behind this camp started three years ago with the sole purpose to make music more enjoyable with friends as well as share it with others. Playing in small ensembles has taught me valuable lessons in collaboration, teamwork, responsibility, and creativity, and I wanted to share this experience with more students. In small ensembles, each student plays a crucial role in the group's success, making it an exciting and rewarding challenge for those eager to make music. Most camps similar in scope can be unaffordable for most, which is why I wanted this experience to be more accessible for everyone. Many students who have joined this program found it to be an enriching experience. If a student does not have a group to join, don't worry! We'll help you find other enthusiastic students to team up with.
